Terms of service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply when you visit this store or buy the TrialDS Store Launch Kit. "TrialDS", "we", "us" and "our" mean TrialDS, the starter product of 24fulfill ("TrialDS by 24fulfill"). "You" means the person or business placing the order. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to our Refund Policy, Privacy Policy and Shipping Policy.

1. The service

The TrialDS Store Launch Kit is a one-time digital setup service. It is a paid service, not a subscription. You pay once, and there are no renewals or recurring charges. Nothing physical is shipped to you.

2. What is delivered, and when

Within one week of your order, you receive:

  • A Shopify store built from scratch and handed over complete, with 1 product of your choice listed;
  • 100 short product videos in total, based on the product you choose, for use on your own accounts;
  • Article-based Facebook and TikTok ad guidance (written guides only; we do not run ads for you and there is no 1:1 coaching);
  • Sourcing, inventory and dropshipping for your store, handled by 24fulfill.

To deliver on time, we may need information from you, such as the product you want to sell. If we are waiting on you, the delivery date may move by the same amount of time. We will tell you on WhatsApp or by email if this happens.

3. Price and payment

The Launch Kit costs $199 USD, paid once through Shopify's secure checkout. We do not store your full payment card details.

4. Costs billed separately

The following are not included in the $199 price and are billed or paid separately:

  • Product cost and shipping for the products sold in your store, billed by 24fulfill;
  • Ad spend on Facebook, TikTok or any other platform, which you pay directly to that platform.

5. Your responsibilities

You decide which product to sell and how to market it. You are responsible for your own ad accounts, your ad spend, the content you publish, and for following the rules of the platforms you use and the laws that apply to your business. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us.

6. No guarantee of results

Results vary and depend on your product, content, ads and market. TrialDS does not promise or guarantee any sales, income or other business results.

7. Non-refundable once ordered

We start working on your store right after you order. For this reason, the Launch Kit is non-refundable once ordered. See our Refund Policy for details and for how we help with a delivery issue.

8. Use of the delivered materials

Once delivered, you may use your store and the 100 short product videos to market and sell the product in your own store and on your own accounts.

9. Limitation of liability

We provide the Launch Kit with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by applicable law, TrialDS and 24fulfill are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits, lost sales or lost data, and our total liability for any claim related to the Launch Kit is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

10. Third-party services

Your store runs on Shopify, and you may use Facebook, TikTok and other platforms. These services are provided by third parties under their own terms. We are not responsible for their availability, fees, policies or decisions, such as an ad account review.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version shown on this page on the date of your order applies to that order.

12. Contact

One-time payment of $199. This is not a free trial. Non-refundable once ordered.
