This Privacy Policy explains how TrialDS, the starter product of 24fulfill ("TrialDS", "we", "us"), collects and uses personal information when you visit this store or buy the TrialDS Store Launch Kit.

1. Guest checkout

This store does not use customer accounts. You check out as a guest through Shopify's hosted checkout.

2. Information we collect

When you place an order or contact us, we collect:

Order details: your name, email address, billing information you enter at checkout, the item ordered, the price paid and the order number;
Contact details for delivery: your email address and, if you share it, your WhatsApp number, so we can deliver your Launch Kit and talk to you about it;
Information you send us: for example the product you want to sell, and your messages to us by email, WhatsApp or the contact form.

Payment is processed by Shopify's checkout. We do not receive or store your full payment card details.

When you browse the store, Shopify and the store may also collect device and usage information, such as your IP address, browser type and pages visited, through cookies and similar technologies.

3. How we use your information

We use your information to:

Process your order and payment;
Build and deliver your Launch Kit and communicate with you about it;
Connect your store with 24fulfill for sourcing and fulfillment of your products;
Answer your questions and handle any delivery issue;
Keep the store secure and meet our legal and accounting obligations.

24fulfill, which provides the TrialDS service, including sourcing, inventory and fulfillment for your store.
Authorities or advisers, where the law requires it or to protect our legal rights.

We do not sell your personal information.

5. How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as we need it to deliver the Launch Kit, support you afterwards, and meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.
