This policy applies to the TrialDS Store Launch Kit, a service provided by TrialDS, the starter product of 24fulfill.

1. What you are buying

The TrialDS Store Launch Kit is a one-time digital setup service. It is a paid service, not a subscription. You pay once, and there are no renewals or recurring charges.

2. Non-refundable once ordered

We start working on your store right after you order. For this reason, the Launch Kit is non-refundable once ordered. Please read what is included below and message us with any questions before you buy.

3. What is delivered, and when

Within one week, you receive:

  • A Shopify store built from scratch and handed over complete, with 1 product of your choice listed;
  • 100 short product videos in total, for use on your own accounts;
  • Article-based Facebook and TikTok ad guidance (written guides only; we do not run ads for you and there is no 1:1 coaching);
  • Sourcing, inventory and dropshipping for your store, handled by 24fulfill.

4. What is not included

Product cost, shipping and ad spend are billed separately and are not included in the Launch Kit price.

5. No promise of results

Results vary. TrialDS does not promise or guarantee any sales or income.

6. Help with a delivery issue

If something in your kit is missing or there is a problem with your delivery, message us on WhatsApp at +86 180 6711 7216 with your order number, and we will help you.
