1. The Launch Kit is not shipped

The TrialDS Store Launch Kit is a one-time digital setup service. Nothing physical is shipped to you, and there is no shipping charge at checkout.

2. How the Launch Kit is delivered

Within one week of your order, you receive your finished store and 100 short product videos in total, plus the ad-guidance articles. We deliver online and keep in touch with you by email and WhatsApp during setup.

3. Products for your own store

When customers buy from your own store, 24fulfill sources, packs and ships those products directly to your customers. Product cost and shipping for those orders are billed separately by 24fulfill and are not included in the $199 Launch Kit price. Shipping options and delivery times for your store's orders depend on the product and destination; ask us or visit https://www.24fulfill.com for details.
