Is TrialDS a free trial?
No. TrialDS is not a free trial. It is a one-time payment of $199 for a paid setup service, not a subscription. The "Trial" in our name means a real first step: you test dropshipping with one real store and one product, without building everything yourself. We start working on your store right after you order, so the kit is non-refundable once ordered.
What is dropshipping?
Dropshipping means you sell products in your online store without holding stock. When a customer orders, your supplier (here, 24fulfill in Yiwu, China) buys, packs and ships the item directly to the customer.
Who pays for ads?
You do. TrialDS includes written ad guides for Facebook and TikTok, but does not run ads for you, and ad spend is not included in the $199.
Do I need to buy inventory?
No upfront inventory is needed. You pay 24fulfill for each product and its shipping, billed separately from the kit.
Do you guarantee sales or income?
No. Results vary and depend on your product, content, ads and market. TrialDS gives you the store, the supply chain and 100 short product videos in total to get started, but we do not guarantee sales or income.
Scope of service
What exactly is included in the Launch Kit?
Five things: (1) a Shopify store built from scratch and handed over complete; (2) sourcing, inventory and dropshipping handled by 24fulfill; (3) article-based Facebook and TikTok ad guidance; (4) a total of 100 product short videos; and (5) a store set up so you can sell your product through TikTok or Facebook.

How many products are listed in my store?
One product is listed by default. You decide which product it is.
Videos & ad guidance
How do the 100 short videos work?
We produce a total of 100 product short videos for your product. They are for you to post on your own accounts, for example TikTok or Facebook.
What does the ad guidance include?
Article-based, theoretical guidance on advertising on Facebook and TikTok. It does not include running or managing ads for you, and there is no 1:1 coaching.
Costs & refunds
Are product cost and shipping included?
No. Product cost and shipping are billed separately and are not included in the Launch Kit price.
Can I get a refund?
The Launch Kit is a digital service. Non-refundable once ordered. Please read our refund policy and ask us any questions before you buy.
Working with 24fulfill
Who is 24fulfill and how do I connect with them?
TrialDS is the starter product of 24fulfill. As part of the kit, 24fulfill handles sourcing, inventory and dropshipping for your store — you don't need to find a supplier separately. To keep using 24fulfill for ongoing fulfilment, visit 24fulfill.com or message us on WhatsApp.
How does shipping to my customers work?
